World Pasta Day & Congress

MILAN, October 25th 2015

On October 25th of each year
we celebrate the World Pasta Day,
even at the same time in different parts of the world.

In 2015 the World Pasta Day will be held in Milan
in the international frame of EXPO 2015,
and will draw inspiration from the theme
“Feeding the planet, energy for life”.

The aim of the initiative is to celebrate Pasta
and communicate the nutritional values to media
and consumers.

Pasta, this special food consumed in all continents,
is able to satisfy the nutritional primary needs,
and to enhance the most sophisticated experiments on cooking.

MILAN, October 26-27th 2015

In 2015 the V World Pasta Congress will be held
concurrently with the World Pasta Day.

The congress consists of a scientific conference
attended by experts from around the world
made up of several thematic sessions
on subjects of pasta interest.

It takes place every five years and on the occasion
of Expo 2015 will endorse the EXPO central themes
“Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life”.
